If you’ve purchased a Cazoo car care product and have missed a monthly payment, we’ll try to take payment again over the following two weeks. We’ll try our best to get in contact with you over text, email and by phone. You’ll also receive an invoice from our Customer Support team.
If you’ve missed a monthly payment for your CazooPlan Service Plan, your account will be put on hold until we’ve received payment. If we haven’t received payment within 14 days from your payment date, your plan will be cancelled and your cover ends immediately.
If you’ve missed a monthly payment for CazooCover Extended Warranty and payment hasn’t been successful, your cover will still continue. Your next monthly payment will be taken as normal and you’ll pay for an additional month at the end of your plan. This is to make up for your missed payment.
If you continue to miss payments, your plan will be cancelled and your cover will end. This is because you'll only be covered for the number of months you’ve paid for.
