If you'd like a refund after the first 14 days and you haven’t had a service or MOT yet, we’ll give you a full refund minus a £25 cancellation fee.
If you’d like to cancel your plan after the first 14 days and you’ve already had a service or an MOT, where you have paid in full, we’ll give you a partial refund. The amount you’ll be refunded will depend on how much work has been carried out against the amount you’ve paid so far, minus a £25 cancellation fee.
If you’re paying monthly, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance for that year, plus a £25 cancellation fee.
