We’ll always email you before charging your card. Your card may have been charged for a number of reasons:
- You may have unpaid subscription payments on your account.
- There may be outstanding charges such as penalty charge notices, admin fees, accident excess and vehicle expense requests.
- There may be charge notices that can’t be appealed, such as a fine for driving in the bus lane.
You can view a list of your payments by logging in to your subscription account and going to your 'Payments' section and choosing 'Paid'.
You can update or change your payment card at any point during your subscription by going to ‘Personal Details’ in your 'Profile'.
