I’ve booked a return but something’s come up and I now won’t be home. What should I do?

If you won’t be home at the time arranged for the collection, you’ll need to contact our Customer Support Team on 020 3901 3488 by 12pm two days before your handover to rearrange it. If you reschedule your handover after this time, we may charge a £149 cancellation fee.

For example, if you book your handover slot for Friday and something comes up, you’ll need to change your booking before 12pm on Wednesday.
