To prevent misuse of our returns policy, we may refuse a sale if you’ve previously returned two cars within a 12 month period for personal preference reasons.
If you change your mind within 7 days of collection or delivery, call us on 020 3901 3488 to book a return time slot. You can then either drop it off at a Cazoo Customer Centre for free or we'll collect it from your door for £149.
