A valid red V5C that matches your name, address and the number plates
We’ll also need to check your:
Passport or a valid photo driving licence
Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement
If you don’t have a full service history for your car, we’ll still value it and take it as a part exchange.
Once we receive your old car, the part exchange is final and you won’t be able to get it back. We’ll pay you the cash equivalent of the part exchange via bank transfer if you wish to return your Cazoo car.
