To extend your subscription, please call our Customer Support team on 020 3901 3488. We're available from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
If you subscribed to a car before 20 May 2021, you can extend your subscription at any point, as long as there’s at least seven days left before the subscription expires.
If you subscribed to a car on or after 20 May 2021, your contract will automatically become a monthly rolling subscription at the end of your contract and you can keep the subscription going as long as you like.
If you’d prefer to not keep your subscription rolling, call us on 020 3901 3488 at least seven days before your current subscription ends.
