What happens if something goes wrong with my used car?

Every used car we sell comes with at least 30 days of warranty and RAC roadside assistance for more peace of mind. 

If you need to make a warranty claim, contact us on 020 3901 3488.

In the event of a breakdown, call the RAC on 0800 246 808.  

You’ll have the choice of an RAC network garage or you can choose your own as long as the garage is VAT registered.

Reporting an issue

You can tell us about any issue you may have using our form when you sign in to your account.

To find your account and report an issue:

  • Head to cazoo.co.uk and click the person icon in the top right corner.

  • Enter your email address and we'll send you a one-time link to verify it's you. This link will take you back to your account once you've verified your email. 

  • In your account, click on 'Orders' and then on the car you have an issue with. 

  • Scroll down the page until you see 'Report a problem with your car' and click 'Report an issue'. 

  • Follow the steps on the form and click 'Submit'. 

Our Customer Support Team will reach out to you with the next steps via phone or email within 4 days.
