If you’re keeping your personalised number plate, please make sure you have your new V5C which matches the registration plate that will be on the car when we take it off your hands. If you need to get an updated V5C, you’ll need to allow up to two weeks for it to be sent to you. Otherwise, we may need to postpone your car handover date. Head over to the DVLA to apply for a new V5C.
