If you'd like to return your car please call us on 020 3901 3488 and we'll arrange for the car to be picked up or you can choose to drop it off at a Customer Centre.
When we receive your car, we’ll check it over and agree if it’s good to return. Then we’ll kick off the refund process.
The refund will need to happen using the same original payment method and will include any charges for damage or mileage beyond the 250 mile limit.
We’ll start processing your refund right away, except for £200 of your deposit which we’ll hold onto until we receive your signed V5C. Once we receive it, we’ll transfer the remaining amount and the money should be back in your account within 5-10 working days.
If you return your car during the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee period, your £99 delivery fee will be refunded if your car was delivered.
