You’ll also need to give the car back to us. If you choose to return your car, give us a call on 020 3901 3488 and then either drop it off at a Cazoo Customer Centre or we can pick it up from your door for £149.
If you decide you want to keep the car, you’ll need to notify the finance company and pay any outstanding balance.
If I withdraw from my finance agreement, can I use the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee or any other right of return?
Yes you can. The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee will apply if you withdraw from your finance agreement in the first 7 days and notify Cazoo. If you choose to withdraw from your finance agreement and return your car, you can either drop it off at a Customer Centre for free or we’ll pick it up from your door for £149.
