Cancelling within the first 7 to 14 days:
With our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, we give you up to 7 days to get to know your Cazoo car, which starts from the date you receive it. If you change your mind within the first 7 days after delivery or collection just let us know and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
We’ll also refund your £149 delivery fee if your car was delivered and returned during the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee period.
If you drive the car over the 250 mile limit during the first 7 days, every additional mile will cost £1 per mile. We also may not be able to accept the car as a return if it has been modified in any way.
If you cancel after the first 7 days, there will be a £250 charge to pick up the car.
You also have a 14 day cooling off period where you can cancel your subscription up to 5pm on the 14th day without a cancellation fee.
The 14 day cooling off period starts when you receive your booking confirmation email. If you receive your car more than 14 days after you receive the email, your cooling off period will be extended up until your car arrives.

Cancelling at a later date:
If you want to cancel your subscription during your subscription term, we charge a £500 early termination fee.
If you took out a subscription after 20 May 2021, you’ll automatically go onto a rolling contract after the initial term ends. To cancel a rolling subscription, you’ll need to give us a month's notice from the last payment date.
If you took out a subscription before 20 May 2021, your subscription is for a fixed term so there’s no need to call us to cancel. Once it ends, you can take out a new subscription, which will automatically become a ‘rolling’ subscription at the end of the term.
