If you’re returning or cancelling your subscription
We’ll provide a full refund of your deposit if there are no outstanding payments, charges or penalty notices and if there’s no damage to the car beyond fair wear and tear, as defined by the BVRLA’s Fair Wear and Tear Standards.
If you do go over your allowance we charge excess mileage at £0.40 for each additional mile which will be taken from your deposit.
If you’re changing your subscription car for another one
Your deposit will be transferred to your new subscription. If there’s still money remaining, this will be deducted from your first month’s payment. If there’s a balance to pay, you’ll need to pay the difference.
When you return your subscription car, we’ll thoroughly inspect it and compare it to the BVRLA's Fair Wear and Tear Standards. You may be charged for any repair or refurbishment that’s needed outside of fair wear and tear.
